Yves Rogger - new Managing Director of Seraina Real Estate AG
Seraina Invest is pleased to announce that Yves Rogger has been supporting the company as Managing Director of Seraina Real Estate Ltd (SREAG) and Product Director of Seraina Invest Ltd since January 1, 2026. This key appointment strengthens Seraina Invest's expertise in real estate development and strategic portfolio management.
Yves Rogger has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, he worked at UTO Real Estate Management AG, before that in management positions at Allreal Generalunternehmung AG and as a senior consultant at Wüest Partner.
In his previous roles, Yves Rogger was responsible for the strategic management of large real estate portfolios with a focus on yield optimization, ESG-oriented development and market innovation. His strengths lie in structured portfolio development, the management of interdisciplinary teams and the efficient implementation of complex projects.
In his new role as Managing Director of Seraina Real Estate AG (SREAG), Yves Rogger will play a strategic and operational role in shaping the further development of our real estate products.
