Dr. Andreas Przewloka joins the Board of Directors
Seraina Invest AG has expanded its Board of Directors to include Dr. Andreas Przewloka. The experienced finance and banking executive assumed his role on the Board of Directors of Seraina Invest AG effective August 1, 2026.
With Dr. Andreas Przewloka, Seraina Invest gains an internationally experienced leader with extensive expertise in the financial industry, corporate management, and risk management, as well as in governance and strategic corporate development. Throughout his long career, he has held various executive and board of directors or supervisory board positions at internationally active financial institutions.
Most recently, from 2023 to 2026, Dr. Przewloka served as Executive Vice President and CEO of State Street’s continental European banking operations. During this time, he restructured the company’s governance and organizational structure and held direct responsibility for various executive roles, including that of Chief Risk Officer.
Prior to that, he spent approximately 20 years at UBS in international leadership roles, most recently at UBS Europe SE as Group Managing Director, a member of the Executive Board, and Chief Operating Officer. Beginning in 2020, he also served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
His professional career includes other international leadership positions at UBS, as well as many years at Accenture as an international partner in the Financial Services and Technology practice.
In addition, Dr. Przewloka is an INSEAD-certified International Director and has extensive experience serving on management and supervisory boards of European and international companies.
